Over 150 parent volunteers make Grad Nite special!
Congratulations! You are taking the first step in being a instrumental part of our Graduation Tradition. Grad Nite is the perfect opportunity to celebrate our upcoming graduates. Immediately following the commencement ceremony, our grads are greeted to an all night affair, with games, entertainment, music, and a wide array of food to satisfy their palates.
Here is where we need you! Please take the time to give as little or as much help as you can. We will need people before, during and after the event, to help with food, security, entertainment, decorating, selling tickets, organize the event, help with set up/clean up, etc…
More importantly, we need people to help us put our ideas and planning at work. We meet once a month at the CP library to go over budget, fundraising and planning of the activities we want to offer at Grad Nite. It takes a full year of planning and organizing this event and we always welcome fresh ideas, talents and skills that help us take this endeavor into the right direction.
